Starrcade began as part of NWA in 1983 and became a WCW mainstay in 1988.
Barry Windham teamed with Arn Anderson to battle Ron Simmons and Butch Reed at Starrcade 1990.
Before he was known as IRS, Mike Rotunda competed as Michael Wallstreet.
Ric Flair dressed as The Black Scorpian and challenged Sting in the main event of Starrcade 1990.
Sting defeated Flair and retained the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
After a brutal contest, Flair struggled to exit the steel cage.
Steve Austin and Rick Rude joined forces against Van Hammer and Big Josh at Starrcade 1991.
Sting was crowned the winner of the 1991 BatteBowl.
BattleBowl featured WCW's top competitors including Sting, Steve Austin, Rick Rude and Ricky Steamboat.
