Karrion Kross def. Danny Burch and signed a contract to face NXT Champion Keith Lee at TakeOver XXX

Karrion Kross looks to continue his path of destruction against Danny Burch. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Danny Burch fought valiantly, but his bout with Karrion Kross ended in a fashion similar to last week: with him being put out by the Kross Jacket. Afterward, NXT Champion Keith Lee arrived to finally give Kross what he wants: a title match at TakeOver XXX. But in a sinister twist, Lee was hit by a fireball attack orchestrated by Kross and Scarlett, requiring immediate medical attention.

After making their match official for TakeOver XXX, the NXT Champion falls victim to Kross and Scarlett’s most sinister ploy yet. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Drake Maverick vs. Killian Dain ended in a no-contest due to Undisputed ERA interference

The Undisputed ERA wreaks havoc during a match between Drake Maverick and Killian Dain before calling out Pat McAfee. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Adam Cole and The Undisputed ERA stormed the ring and took no prisoners, decimating Drake Maverick and Killian Dain before Cole issued a fiery address to Pat McAfee, challenging him to confront him next week on NXT.

NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar def. Tyler Breeze in a non-title match

Tyler Breeze and Fandango find an ally in their fight against Legado del Fantasma. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Santos Escobar called off Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza before the match started, but they later appeared only to be fought off by Tyler Breeze. But that opening allowed Escobar to drop Breeze with the Phantom Driver for the victory. Isaiah "Swerve" Scott emerged to help even the odds against Legado del Fantasma.

Mia Yim def. Indi Hartwell

Concerned about Keith Lee, The HBIC must focus on securing a victory. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Mia Yim was far from the top of her game, obviously distracted by what had happened to Keith Lee earlier in the evening. But The HBIC found the resolve to refocus and take down Indi Hartwell, forcing her to tap out.

Bronson Reed def. Damian Priest

The Archer of Infamy and The Aus-zilla look for a leg up before they compete in the NXT North American Title Ladder Match at TakeOver XXX. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Damian Priest likely won't again be calling Bronson Reed a "fluke" anytime soon. The Archer of Infamy and The Aus-zilla squared off before competing amongst other Superstars in the North American Title Ladder Match at NXT TakeOver XXX, pushing each other to their limit. Reed countered Priest's Reckoning and used a crafty jackknife cover for another stunning win.

Mercedes Martinez & Aliyah def. Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter

Mutual enemies of The Robert Stone Brand join forces against Mercedes Martinez and Aliyah. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

The Robert Stone Brand was successful in its first bout as a unit, with Mercedes Martinez pinning Kacy Catanzaro after planting her with the Air Raid Crash. Afterward, though, Rhea Ripley sought retribution against Martinez for her attack last week, and she found an ally in Shotzi Blackheart as they cleared the ring of Martinez & Aliyah.

Cameron Grimes def. Kushida and The Velveteen Dream to earn a spot in the North American Title Ladder Match at NXT TakeOver XXX

After failing to capture a spot in the North American Title Ladder Match, Velveteen Dream comes face-to-face with his second-chance match opponent. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

The Velveteen Dream provided shock and awe with his surprising return for his first action in months, but it wasn't enough to nail down a spot at TakeOver XXX. The always-opportunistic Cameron Grimes picked his moment to strike perfectly. The Technical Savage blasted Kushida with the Cave-In while Kushida had Dream locked in the Hoverboard Lock, allowing him to cover Kushida while Dream was still incapacitated.

However, because Dream wasn't pinned or submitted, his chances to become a two-time NXT North American Champion are still alive — and they go through Finn Bálor in a second-chance match next week.
