His name is Armando Alejandro Estrada!

While growing up in Cuba, Armando Estrada watched sports-entertainment on his broken down TV with rabbit ears wrapped in aluminum foil.  He dreamed about one day being a major player on WWE.

Years later, Estrada would realize that dream. The outspoken personality made quite an impact in WWE, both as the General Manager of Superstar Umaga and the General Manager of the ECW brand.
