Tommaso Ciampa shares update on recovery: “To be continued”

The NXT Universe was dealt a blow last month, when it was confirmed that Tommaso Ciampa had undergone neck surgery that forced him to relinquish his NXT Championship.
The news rocked the foundation of NXT TakeOver: New York, resulting in a huge main event that will see Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole battle for the vacant title in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match.
As the former NXT Champion carries on in the road to recovery, he tweeted a special message underlining his relationship with perseverance.
No stranger to overcoming adversity, The Blackheart seems poised to carry on tradition.
