WWE COO Triple H revealed on Twitter that Shinsuke Nakamura will make his return to NXT during the event. The King of Strong Style has been recovering from a knee injury suffered at NXT TakeOver: San Antonio, when Bobby Roode defeated him for the NXT Championship. The NXT Universe has learned in recent weeks that the injury will not require surgery and that Nakamura is back to training at the WWE Performance Center. Will he start his quest to regain the NXT Title in Orlando?
However, Nakamura won’t be the only person that Roode has to worry about that night. It has also been revealed that The Glorious One will defend his title against the returning Kassius Ohno. After three years away from NXT, can the knockout artist cap off his comeback by capturing the NXT Championship?
If you are in the Orlando area next Wednesday, you won’t want to miss this incredible event as it goes down. Visit Ticketmaster.com now for complete information on how you can see NXT live and in-person at the University of Central Florida!
