Charlie Dempsey def. Tony D'Angelo to win the NXT Heritage Cup
The NXT Heritage Cup is back in the No Quarter Catch Crew after Charlie Dempsey dethroned Tony D'Angleo in a five round classic.
D'Angelo scored the first fall in round thanks to a huge twisting Fisherman Suplex, but Dempsey evened the score thanks to a smooth roll up in round four.
The action broke down in round five with Myles Borne and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo taking each other out, but it was Wren Sinclair that proved to be the difference maker as she knocked The Don off the top rope, allowing Dempsey an opening to score the winning fall.
Lexis King def. Eddy Thorpe
Lexis King sent a message with his convincing win over Eddy Thorpe.
King attacked Thorpe before the match could even begin, but Thorpe weathered the early storm and brought the fight right back to his opponent, punctuated with his signature elbow drop.
Unfortunately for Thorpe, his hand injury played a major role as King continued to attack it before hitting Coronation to win the match.
Lola Vice def. Tatum Paxley
Lola Vice secured another huge victory on her journey back to the championship scene, but it came amidst a lot of chaos.
Vice and Paxley battled in the ring but Women's North American Champion Kelani Jordan was attacked by Wendy Choo while she sat in on commentary.
In the ring, Vice countered a top rope splash by Paxley into a Spinning Backfist to pick up the win, and the Cuban Superstar showed great sportsmanship by helping her opponent back to her feet.
North American Champion Oba Femi def. Otis
Alpha Academy's Otis came to NXT to challenge Oba Femi, but not even he could beat the Superstar who's marked by destiny.
Femi didn't have the power advantage he normally has, but he still had enough to plant Otis all around the ring with devastating slams.
The champion decked Akira Tozawa at ringside and it only enraged the challenger, but he couldn't keep the champion down as Femi countered Otis with a huge Powerbomb to win the match,
Izzi Dame def. Brinley Reece
Frustrated by her exclusion from the Women's Eliminator Gauntlet Match, Izzi Dame took out her frustrations on Brinley Reece.
Reece gave it her all and pummeled Dame, calling her a bully and trying to beat some sense into her.
Dame was undeterred and used her size and power to plant Reece for the win.
Chase U def. Nathan Frazer and Axiom to win the NXT Tag Team Title
The NXT Tag Team Championship belongs to Chase U as Andre Chase and Ridge Holland got it done and defeated Nathan Frazer and Axiom.
Holland's power advantage perfectly countered the speed of the champions as he pummeled them while the Chase U student section roared their approval.
Frazer and Axiom nearly held their own, delivering huge kicks and splashes, but Chase's heads up play to knock Frazer off the top rope proved to be the key difference maker.
Holland proceeded to catch Axiom in a Hammerlock DDT and pinned him, delivering Chase U the NXT Tag Team Title.
