Appearing live at Survivor Series 2014 on WWE Network,  Roman Reigns updated the WWE Universe on his condition following his  emergency surgery in September for an incarcerated hernia. Anxious to return to the ring, Reigns confirmed live via satellite that he is improving and will return to the squared circle in December.

When asked about his feelings towards  Seth Rollins being captain of Team Authority in the main event at Survivor Series, Reigns made it clear that there is still no love lost between him and his former Shield partner — though his primary focus is recuperating and getting stronger every day.

Reigns didn’t give a specific date, but emphatically vowed he would return “around this time next month,” meaning the WWE Universe is in for a great holiday gift in the form of the Superman punch’s return.
