PARKING

What time do parking lots open?
Parking lots will open at 1:30PM PST. Allegiant Stadium parking maps can be found here and directions to each parking lot can be found here.

Is prepaid parking available?
Yes, pre-paying for parking is highly encouraged via Allegiant Stadium’s SpotHero parking page or use the SpotHero App. Click here for more parking information.

Are there pick up and drop off locations for fans? 
Yes, the designated general and taxi drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the corner of Diablo Dr. and Procyon St. For more information please visit the Drop Off, Pick Up & Rideshare tab here or access the parking map here.

Will shuttle services be available? 
A dedicated area west of the Stadium near Diablo and Procyon will be available for taxis, shuttles, and general drop off and pick up prior to and at the conclusion of SummerSlam.

What’s the best option for accessing Allegiant Stadium? 
The best option for accessing Allegiant Stadium is from Las Vegas Blvd. via Hacienda Bridge. Please note, the Hacienda bridge will be closed to automobile traffic at 11:30AM PST but will remain open to pedestrian traffic via the Las Vegas Strip.

If you are driving your own car, allow plenty of time to get to the Stadium as you get familiar with the area and streets that will be converted to one-way. Streets being converted to one way only can be viewed here.

Can I walk from the strip to Allegiant Stadium?
Walking to Allegiant Stadium from the Las Vegas Strip is convenient and safe via the Hacienda Bridge.  Allegiant Stadium will be closed to all vehicle traffic starting at 11:30AM PST, but open for pedestrian access. Please refer to the Walking Path?on the Parking Map for details on the multiple managed walking paths to and from Allegiant Stadium.

Will tailgating be allowed? 
Yes, tailgating will be allowed. Please refer to the Tailgating Lots tab here. 

Where should I park for SummerSlam Meet & Greets and SummerSlam Superstore?
Park in the self-park garage at MGM Grand. Walk across the street to the MGM Grand Conference Center entrance. Follow directional signs to the front door. Superstore and Meet & Greet are in the Boulevard Ballroom. Parking garage address is 228 Audrie Street Las Vegas, NV 89109.

SECURITY
What is the Bag Policy? 

Allegiant Stadium Clear Bag Policy: 

• Clear plastic, vinyl, PVC bags or backpacks that do not exceed 12”x6”x12”

• Clear plastic fanny packs

• 1-Gallon plastic freezer bag 

• Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5”x6.5”

Can I bring in medical supplies? 
An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at entry. 

Can I bring in a diaper bag? 
Large bags such as diaper bags are prohibited. Diapers can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium.

What items are prohibited?

• Purses larger than a clutch bag

• Fanny packs

• Cinch bags

• Computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size

• Laptop computers or tablets

• Backpacks and briefcases

• Camera Bags

• Luggage of any kind

• Video Cameras or Recording Devices

• Laser pointers or noise makers

• Weapons of any kind

• Alcoholic beverages, Illegal drugs or paraphernalia

• Selfie sticks

• Coolers

• Masks (Only WWE brand masks will be permitted)

• WWE branded briefcases that were not purchased on location

• Beach Ball (any recreational balls)

Will there be bag check locations? 
Allegiant Stadium offers two (2) bag check locations. 

North: 3230 West Hacienda Avenue, Ste. 301 
West: 5455 Polaris Avenue
Southeast: Between Lots F & G 

There is a $20 non-refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Bag check will open at 2:30PM PST and closes one (1) hour post-event. For more information, please refer to the Bag Check tab here. 

Will re-entry be allowed? 
No, re-entry will not be allowed at SummerSlam.

Will cameras or video recorders be allowed?
Hand-held binoculars and cameras with lenses smaller than 6 inches are permitted. Camera bags and binocular cases are not permitted. Video recorders and GoPros are prohibited.

Will signs be permitted at SummerSlam? 
Yes, only hand-held signs will be permitted as long as they meet the following guidelines:

Signs can only be made out of paper material. No wood or metal. 

No signs on sticks.

No lights, batteries or electronics on the signs. 

Signs can not be commercial, political or obscene in nature.

Signs can not obstruct another guest's view or stadium signage. 

WWE reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of this policy.

Are there smoking areas?
In accordance with The Nevada Clean Air Indoor Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. This includes the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Stadium.

Where do I purchase my SummerSlam tickets? 
The official ticketing provider of SummerSlam is Ticketmaster. SummerSlam will be 100% mobile ticketing.

What is Mobile Ticketing? 
Mobile ticketing turns your phone into your ticket for a contactless ticketing experience allowing guests to enter the Stadium faster. No paper tickets will be available. Do children under the age of 2 need a ticket for SummerSlam?

Cashless Venue

SummerSlam will be a cashless event. Guests can pay for items using valid debit or credit cards, or mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Allegiant Stadium. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the Stadium. Visit Allegiant Stadium’s Card & Mobile Payment page for more information.

MERCHANDISE & CONCESSIONS

Will Concessions be sold?

All food and beverage offerings will be available. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Will WWE merchandise be sold at the Stadium? 

Yes, merchandise will be available inside and outside of the Stadium. All merchandise stands will be cashless.

Can I pre-order merchandise and pick it up at SummerSlam? 

Yes, you can pre-order your merchandise using the SummerSlam App and pick it up at the Stadium.

When will I receive the SummerSlam Souvenir Ticket or Commemorative Magnet that I purchased along with my ticket?
If you purchased a SummerSlam Souvenir Ticket or Commemorative Magnet from Ticketmaster, your premium item will be shipped directly to the address you provided at check out. Expect delivery within 4 weeks of the SummerSlam event date.

Where can I pick up my SummerSlam Commemorative Chair?
If you purchased a SummerSlam Commemorative Chair from Ticketmaster, your chair will be shipped directly to the address you provided at check out. Expect delivery within 4 weeks of the SummerSlam event date.

Is there a SummerSlam Superstore?
The SummerSlam Superstore will open at 11AM PST on Thursday, August 19 at the MGM Grand Conference Center. It will feature the largest selection of SummerSlam and WWE merchandise anywhere, including exclusive items, an expanded assortment of championship titles, one-of-a-kind memorabilia and your favorite Superstar merchandise.

Will ADA have a separate entrance?
All gates at Allegiant Stadium are ADA accessible. There will be one accessible entry lane at each gate that is reserved for guests with disabilities and up to 3 companions. 

Where are the designated elevators for guests with disabilities? 
Elevators for guests with disabilities are available throughout the Stadium. Please observe the assigned gate on your mobile ticket for the best point of entry. 

What services are available for guests with disabilities? 
Allegiant Stadium offers a variety of services for guests with disabilities. For more information, please click here to visit their Accessibility and Guest with Disabilities page. If you have additional questions, contact Allegiant Stadium directly by calling the Guest Experience hotline at (725) 780-2350. Allegiant Stadium offers Assistant Listening Devices, Captioning, Sensory Bags, Sensory Nook, Earplugs. Guests can rent these items out at the Guest Experience Headquarters at section 101, the South Lobby kiosk at section 123 or on the 300 level at section 331. Courtesy wheelchairs are also available at every gate. 

What is the Mobility Assistance Program? 
Allegiant Stadium offers a mobility assistance program that provides golf cart service from the south stadium parking lots to the southeast entry.  Pick up locations are in Lots H, J, and G. Service will begin at 2:30PM PST when doors open and conclude one (1) hour post event or until the lots clear. If you have additional questions, contact Allegiant Stadium directly by calling the Guest Experience hotline at (725) 780-2350.

Accessible Parking

Are there disabled pick up and drop off locations?

Will wheelchair services be available? 
Allegiant Stadium will have courtesy wheelchair pushing upon entry at each gate. The Allegiant Stadium guest experience team can assist with pushing you to your seat. Please visit the nearest Guest Experience location for this service.
