Shane threatens to keep Owens in court for years and cost him millions of dollars, or Owens can drop the lawsuit, which will result in Shane reinstating Owens and dropping the $100,000 fine.
Owens calls Shane and idiot and claims that Shane doesn’t belong in the SmackDown locker room.
For Owens, the lawsuit is about getting what he’s wanted: to see Shane get fired.
KO proposes one final match: If Shane wins, Owens is fired, and Shane never sees him again. If Owens wins, Shane is fired from WWE.
