Mr. McMahon denied Sonya Deville's attempt to fine and suspend Ronda Rousey, ordered her to not touch Naomi
WWE Official Sonya Deville kicked off SmackDown by announcing that she had submitted a petition to WWE Upper Management to have Ronda Rousey fined $100,000 and to be suspended indefinitely for what she called the "egregious attack" that she suffered at the hands of The Rowdy One.
Before she could continue, however, WWE Official Adam Pearce interrupted to inform her of an email that had been sent from WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon. Not only did Mr. McMahon decline her petition, but Deville was also forbidden from laying a hand on Naomi throughout the night, especially with anything having to do with Naomi's SmackDown Women’s Title Match against Flair. If she disobeyed this order, her job would be in serious jeopardy.
In wake of the news, Naomi emerged and used Mr McMahon's edict tp to slap Sonya right across the face without repercussions.

Charlotte Flair def. Naomi SmackDown Women’s Title Match
With Sonya Deville unable to interfere, Naomi attempted to once again make the SmackDown Women’s Championship glow in a hard-fought title matchup against Charlotte Flair. In the final moments of the amazing main event title contest, in which both Superstars left everything they had on the canvas, The Queen emerged victorious with Natural Selection.
Before the smoke cleared, Sonya emerged to taunt the defeated Naomi and sparked a 2-on-1 attack by The Queen and the WWE Official. This brought Ronda Rousey to the rescue.
