Dolph Ziggler asks for a rematch against The Miz, but the Intercontinental Champion refuses.
“For weeks, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler and most of the WWE Universe have been calling me a coward,” The Miz says. “You can call me a coward all you want, but I left Backlash with my beautiful wife by my side and the Intercontinental Championship on my shoulder.”
The Miz’s reign as Intercontinental Champion has hit 162 days.
The Miz points out he’s held the title longer than 132 other Intercontinental Champions.
Dolph Ziggler says that no matter what he does, Miz knows that deep down inside the WWE Universe will never see him as a top guy.
“The WWE Universe will always see through you, Miz.”
“Any time I’m on this show or any show, I am the main event,” The Miz retorts.
Ziggler challenges Miz to one more match – “No excuses.”
“Just you and me.”
