Payback is sweet, but it’s even sweeter when a title opportunity is at stake.

After seeing Bayley injured by Nia Jax on Raw, Sasha Banks will have a chance to avenge her friend when she battles Team Red’s most imposing female Superstar next Monday night, and the winner of that bout will challenge Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.

With Bayley unable to take on Bliss for the title at SummerSlam due to her separated right shoulder, Raw General Manager Kurt Angle scheduled two Triple Threat Qualifying Matches on Raw, with the winners of each bout going on to a one-on-one match the following week to determine Bliss’ challenger at The Biggest Event of the Summer. The Boss defeated both Alicia Fox and Emma in the night’s first bout, while Jax took down Mickie James and Dana Brooke later in the evening.

Banks and Jax have a storied history with each other, but given the circumstances, this will likely be their most explosive confrontation to date.
