Cody Rhodes to speak after historic Royal Rumble victory

Cody Rhodes will grab a mic and address the WWE Universe after his historic victory in the 2024 Royal Rumble.
The American Nightmare outlasted 29 other Superstars, including CM Punk at the end, to become just the fourth Superstar to win back-to-back Royal Rumbles along with Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.
Rhodes has yet to declare which champion he will challenge at WrestleMania XL. Will tonight be the night?
