Dominick — who has been more involved in his father’s career since WrestleMania season — made a surprise appearance during Mysterio’s interview with Charly Caruso and stopped his father from a ceremonial self-unmasking at the last possible second. Reminding Rey of a promise he had once made to partner with Dominick on the night of his son’s debut — whenever that may be — the young man convinced his father to keep his mask and remain in WWE.
