Jericho proposes that his match against CM Punk happens in Los Angeles at SummerSlam, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, or even in Hartford, Conn., tonight on Raw!
Heyman insists the match take place in Punk's hometown of Chicago at WWE Payback.
