Swagger, who won the Elimination Chamber Match the night before, says Colter is the only one man “brave enough, wise enough and honest enough” to deliver the address.
Colter says he and Swagger are exercising their right of freedom of speech: “You may not agree with it or like it, but exercising our rights is what real Americans do.”
“The state of our union is pathetic, but real Americans are not to blame," Swagger's propaganda-spewing mentor says. "The blame lies solely on the shoulders of the millions and millions of people living in this country illegally.”
He then characterizes Swagger’s WrestleMania match against Del Rio as not just a title match, but “a battle for the heart and soul of this country.”
