NXT Women's Champion Giulia vs. Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Cora Jade - Fatal 4-Way Match

Giulia will defend the NXT Women's Championship against Bayley, Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade in a Fatal 4-Way Match. 

The Beautiful Madness won the title at New Year's Evil by dethroning Perez, and The Prodigy is determined to do whatever it takes to win back the title.

When Perez expressed her dissatisfaction with NXT, former Women's Champion Bayley appeared, which sparked a huge fight between the two Superstars.

All three Superstars competed in the 2025 Royal Rumble Match, and Perez lasted a record one hour, seven minutes and 47 seconds, adding to her confidence ahead of Vengeance Day.

Jade meanwhile punched her ticket to Vengeance Day by beating Bayley on Feb. 11, making it a Fatal 4-Way Match.
