Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson def. Dani Palmer & Tatum Paxley

Could Dani Palmer and Tatum Paxley have become the next unlikely tag team partners to experience enormous success in WWE? Thanks to Paxley, we’ll seemingly never know.

After striking a pre-match pose together in the center of the ring, the unique pairing got off to a strong start when they hit a double standing moonsault on Jackson to tee up Paxley for a two-count.

However, when Palmer caught a reverse elbow from Jackson and tried to tag in Paxley, Paxley evaded the tag, asked Palmer if she remembered what she did to her and told her, “You deserve this.” Seconds later, Legend and Jackson took down Palmer with a unique tandem maneuver, and Jackson scored the pinfall.

Bronco Nima & Lucien Price def. Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont

Joining forces with SCRYPTS has paid dividends for Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, who relied on brute strength to outlast the equally powerful Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont.

In a hard-hitting slugfest, Igwe and Dupont almost scored their first career win when Dupont overwhelmed Nima with a series of shoulder blocks and a nasty lariat that harkened back to his shotput days.

Nima quickly struck back with a cheap shot by booting Igwe off the ring apron to the ringside floor, and Price pinned Dupont following a nasty double-team slam.

Tyler Bate def. Charlie Dempsey in an NXT Global Heritage Invitational Group A Match

With Tyler Bate having defeated Axiom to earn two points in his first NXT Global Heritage Invitational Group A Match and Charlie Dempsey being defeated by Butch in his first bout of the tournament, the importance of their NXT Global Heritage Invitational Group A Match could not be understated.

With chants of “Big Strong Boi” booming throughout the NXT Arena, Bate engaged Dempsey in a mat-grappling clinic in the early goings, but Dempsey claimed the upper hand by keeping his opponent grounded with a series of debilitating submission holds and some savage chops.

After absorbing tremendous punishment, Bate left Dempsey in a daze after executing a prolonged airplane spin and clinched the win and the valuable two points with a crafty rollup.
