NXT Level Up results: April 21, 2023

Wendy Choo & Valentina Feroz def. Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson

Though a bit of an odd couple on paper, Wendy Choo and Valentina Feroz found instant chemistry in their first bout as tag team partners, which proved instrumental in claiming a win against Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson.

One of the flashiest and most talkative tandems in WWE, Legend and Jackson displayed a nasty mean streak, as Jackson overwhelmed Choo with several menacing strikes at the onset. Moments later, Legend blasted Feroz with a knee to the midsection and a stalling suplex, but the gutsy Feroz eventually struck Jackson and made a diving tag to Choo.

In a pivotal moment, Feroz caught Legend in a headscissors while Choo shoved Jackson into Legend’s back to send Feroz and Legend each sailing from the ring apron to the ringside floor. Choo then hit the Snooze Button on Jackson for the three-count.

Damon Kemp def. Oro Mensah

Looking to keep rolling after defeating Tank Ledger in his most recent singles bout on NXT Level Up, Damon Kemp accomplished the feat by narrowly defeating Oro Mensah.

Mensah staggered the arrogant Kemp with rapid-fire arm drags in the early goings and seemed to be closing in on a win when he connected with a picture-perfect scissors kick that produced a long two-count.

Kemp nevertheless dropped Mensah with a German suplex from an electric chair position to secure the victory.

Edris Enofé & Malik Blade def. Kale Dixon & Javier Bernal

Though they were joining forces as tag team partners for the first time, Kale Dixon and Javier Bernal might already be in the running for most arrogant tandem in WWE.

Going up against Edris Enofé & Malik Blade, who came into this bout on a 10-match winning streak in tag team matches on NXT Level Up, Dixon and Bernal threatened to end that streak when they isolated Blade and ruthlessly battered his knee.

Almost inevitably, Enofé and Blade threw caution to the wind in the final moments, as Enofé tagged into the match and soon landed a beautiful top-rope elbow drop to Bernal. Though the pinfall attempt was interrupted by Dixon, Enofé and Blade soon leveled him with the Climax to earn the win.
