The NXT women's division's secret weapon: Sara Amato: photos
Meet Sara Amato, the first female trainer in the history of the WWE Performance Center. A world-renowned wrestler who traveled the globe for more than a decade as Sara Del Rey, Amato is helping guide NXT's Divas of tomorrow.

Sara Amato's focus at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla., is on training the next generation of NXT and WWE Divas.
“I think she brings just a different attitude toward what wrestling should mean in your life,” says Daniel Bryan, one of Amato’s first trainers.
"Since Sara’s come along, she’s been able to implement the WWE style that Divas in the past and the present have done, but she’s also been able to add her twist to it," says Summer Rae.
"I’m not trying to make all these hard-wresting women," Amato concedes. "Wrestling’s the greatest job in the world and I want everyone to love it and have the passion and find the fun in it that I do."
Upon her arrival to WWE's developmental program, Amato brought the NXT Divas "back to basics," Summer Rae explains.
"She was very particular with us and very specific, and I think it’s helped all of us become better," says the dancer-turned-Diva.
