NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: WWE & Mountain Dew #WWExDEW #sweeps Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 4:00 PM (ET) on July 6, 2015 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 24, 2015 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Receive entries in the contest drawing by completing one or more of the actions listed below and described in more detail on the contest page (/dothedew):

1. Tweet your perfect summer mix using #WWExDEW #sweeps (can be completed daily for additional entries, and requires the use of #WWExDEW #sweeps)
2. Follow @MountainDew on Twitter (worth 5 entries into the sweepstakes)
3. Opt-in to receive emails from Mountain Dew (worth 3 entries into the sweepstakes).

Additionally, fans can choose the ‘Bring Your Friends’ option which will give fans a unique URL that they can share with their friends to earn up to ten (10) bonus entries.

All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each action completed earns the entrant entry in the drawing,  as noted.  Limit of thirty-seven (37) entries per person/per email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. A Twitter account is required to enter this Sweepstakes via entry methods #1 and #2, above; and an email account is required to enter this Sweepstakes via entry method #3 above.  A Twitter Account is available for free at http://twitter.com, and a Facebook account is available for free at http://facebook.com.  All terms and conditions of Twitter.com and Facebook.com apply.  If you choose to enter via your mobile device, standard data rates may apply. All entries become the sole property of WWE and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or telephone number submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (such as a business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, or who is assigned a phone number by a phone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers associated with the submitted phone number. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE:   All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The copyright of any submitted materials shall become the property of Sponsor, and entry into this Promotion constitutes entrant’s irrevocable and perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation, with or without attribution, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display such submitted materials, and the entrant’s name and/or likeness, for any purpose, including but not limited to editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and publicity purposes by the Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, for the duration or the copyright in the submitted materials. Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify the submitted materials.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old when they enter the Sweepstakes.   Employees, officers and directors of WWE (including WWE performing talent) and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, WWE), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. WWE reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

DRAWING: The (2) Grand Prize Winners shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about 7/27/2015 by WWE or its designee, Rafflecopter, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential winners will be contacted by direct message on Twitter or e-mail within approximately one (1) business day after being selected. Winners will be required to claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim a prize, respond to the prize notification message via direct message to the designated e-mail account. Grand Prize Winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that WWE may require and to see to it that WWE is in receipt of such information and documents within one (1) day of being requested to provide the same. If a selected Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his or her state, province or territory of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign any documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign the documents. In all cases, WWE reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if WWE, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if a potential Grand Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within one (1) business day from initial notification attempt, (ii) if prize is returned as non-deliverable, and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to WWE SummerSlam (the “Event”) currently scheduled for August 23, 2015 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York City, New York (the “Event City”), round-trip economy class air transportation for each Grand Prize Winner and guest between major commercial airport nearest winner’s permanent residence and the Event City (airline designated by Sponsor); one (1) night hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy/hotel designated by Sponsor); and ground transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and Event venue.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,040. The ARV is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The difference in the value of the prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Winners and his/her guests must be available to travel to the Event City on dates designated by Sponsor.  In the event the winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the Event City, Sponsor will provide the Winner and guests  (traveling together) with round-trip ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Event City in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence.  The dollar value difference between the round trip economy class air transportation and ground transportation will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.  Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transfers between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation (not stated herein) in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Grand Prize Winner’s and guests’ hotel rooms will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.  The ARV of the prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence, as well hotel fluctuations at the time of travel.  Grand Prize Winner and guests must travel on dates designated by Sponsor and on the same itinerary.  In the event the Grand Prize Winner and all guests cannot travel on dates designated by Sponsor, the Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Trip.  Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from the Grand Prize Winner’s or any guest’s changes to itinerary or accommodations. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability and other material restrictions may apply. In the event, for whatever reason, the Event is cancelled prior to the trip or during Grand Prize Winner’s trip, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the prize.

In the event the Grand Prize Winner is considered a minor within the jurisdiction from which he/she resides, Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied to the Event by a parent or legal guardian, who must attend the Event at his or her own expense, unless such parent or legal guardian is the Grand Prize Winner’s chosen guest. If the Grand Prize Winner is at least twenty-one (21) years old, the Grand Prize Winner may attend the Event with a guest who is under the age of majority if: (a) the parent or legal guardian of the guest has executed an Authorization Form, giving consent, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, on the guest’s behalf; and (b) WWE, in its sole discretion, has granted its approval. In all cases, the Grand Prize Winner’s guest, or the parent/legal guardian of any guest who is a minor in his or her state of residence, will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law). Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.  If the Grand Prize Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award and no other compensation in lieu of the prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required.  Grand Prize Winner and guests agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Event.   

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Grand Prizes: $4,080.00 USD.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance are solely each Prize Winner’s responsibility.  Each Prize Winner shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes including but not limited to any sales and income taxes.  Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by WWE, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of WWE which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) release and hold harmless WWE,  Pepsi-Cola Company and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes  and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes  The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. WWE reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate and to cancel this Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate.  Entry constitutes permission for WWE and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, performance, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media at the discretion of WWE without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Grand Prize Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, misdirected, or postage due entries or mail, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. DATA COLLECTION: All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the privacy policy of WWE which may be found at www.wwe.com/help/generalfaq/privacypolicy. Your personal information will only be used in connection with the Sweepstakes and as provided for in these Official Rules. The names of the Grand Prize Winners will be made available as provided for below. Your personal information also may be used to send you additional information about WWE and its subsidiaries and each of their respective products and programs only if you provide your affirmative consent to receive such information when entering the Sweepstakes. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.

Requests must be received by August 15, 2015.

MISCELLANEOUS: Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
