Gigi Dolin def. Jacy Jayne - Weaponized Steel Cage Match
Gigi Dolin exorcised the demon that is Jacy Jayne as she defeated her tag team partner inside a Weaponized Steel Cage Match.
Before the match could even begin, Jayne attacked Dolin and brutalized her on the outside before tossing her into the ring through the open door.
The two former members of Toxic Attraction used a bevy of dangerous weapons including belts, chains, thorn-wrapped bats, trash cans, and even the cage itself.
After Jayne set up a table, the two Superstars scaled the cage and found themselves precariously placed high above the ring. Suddenly, Dolin found her footing and launched Jayne through the table with a thunderous chokeslam that ended the war for good.
Wes Lee & Tyler Bate def. The Dyad
Despite their friendship being on the rocks, North American Champion Wes Lee & Tyler Bate teamed up to defeat the dastardly duo in Schism known as The Dyad.
Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid looked crisp early on, systematically cutting off half of the ring to keep Lee from tagging in Bate.
After a surprising appearance from Mustafa Ali, Lee & Bate picked up the pace and began to take control. After a flurry of action, Lee hit a pair of Kardiak Kicks and then a Tyler Driver 97 from Bate was good enough to pick up the win.
Joe Coffey def. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo
Still worried over Tony D’Angelo’s detention, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo couldn’t get a win over Joe Coffey in a singles match.
A crunching belly-to-belly superplex seemingly had the match won for Coffey, but a resilient Stacks kept fighting back. A tussle on the outside moments later saw Coffey send Stacks into the steel steps and that started the beginning of the end.
Coffey tossed The Underboss back into the ring and hit a Best For The Bells discus lariat to earn the victory.
Cora Jade def. Ivy Nile
Ivy Nile’s long standing rivalry with Schism cost her against “NXT’s Resident Mean Girl” Cora Jade.
Nile was in the middle of teaching Jade a lesson in respect, but Ava appeared at ringside and tried to distract her. Nile locked in her signature Dragon Sleeper but the chaos allowed Jade to hit Jaded and walk away as the victor.
Carmelo Hayes def. Noam Dar - NXT Championship
Carmelo Hayes toppled Noam Dar to retain his NXT Title, but it came at a cost.
Dar gave Hayes a lot of problems as he still wasn’t 100% after facing Bron Breakker just 48 hours prior. However, as the match progressed, the champion built momentum and slowed down the speedy Dar.
Hayes found himself in more trouble after Trick Williams was ejected from ringside after striking Oro Mensah, much to the delight of Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend.
When Mensah tried interfering again, Dragon Lee & Nathan Frazer evened the odds which allowed Hayes enough time to Nothing But Net and retain his title.
After the match, Baron Corbin appeared and decimated the champion.
