Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams def. Edris Enofé & Malik Blade – Dusty Classic

Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams take on Edris Enofé and Malik Blade in the First Round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Trick Melo Gang is on the same page, as Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes took down Edris Enofé and Malik Blade in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

Trick and Melo came out hot, but the supreme athleticism of Blade and Enofé evened the playing field in a big way, highlighted by tandem splashes to the outside.

Despite the incredible fight from Blade and Enofé, Trick Melo Gang took care of business and punched their ticket to the semifinals.

Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley def. Lola Vice & Elektra Lopez

NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria teams up with the peculiar Tatum Paxley to battle Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Despite giving off weird energy and freaking Lyra out Valkyria, Tatum Paxley proved to be a good partner for the NXT Women's Champion as the pair picked up a major tag team victory over Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez.

Vice and Lopez brought the fight, but they eventually were defeated thanks to a surprising sacrifice.

Vice had the champion set up for a devastating spin kick, but Paxley pushed her out of the way and took the shot herself. Fortunately for them, her limp body fell on a downed Lopez, and it resulted in a pinfall victory.

Ridge Holland def. Joe Coffey

Ridge Holland and Joe Coffey throw down in a brutal, hard-hitting matchup on NXT. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

Ridge Holland may have won the battle against Joe Coffey, but Gallus is winning the war.

Holland and Coffey brutalized each other, and a clothesline into a powerslam delivered Holland the win.

However, after the match, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang hit the ring as Gallus battered a helpless and friendless Holland.

LWO def. Chase U – Dusty Classic

Chase U’s MVP Duke Hudson teams up with Riley Osborne — not Mr. Chase — to take on Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde of The LWO in the Dusty Classic. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

The downfall of Chase U continued as Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne fell in the Dusty Classic to Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde of The LWO.

Joined by Zelina Vega, Del Toro and Wilde used their incredible athleticism to combat the power of Hudson, but they met their match in the high-flying Osborne.

Ultimately, Hudson didn't realize Wilde was legal, and that lapse allowed The LWO to rally for the major win that sent them to the semifinals.

Dijak def. Trey Bearhill

After a backstage encounter earlier in the night, Trey Bearhill makes his NXT debut against Dijak. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

With Joe Gacy on commentary, Dijak took out Trey Bearhill in the NXT newcomer's debut, but the post-match attack was just as noteworthy.

Bearhill was more than game and took the fight right to the towering Dijak, but a huge boot from Dijak ended the match in quick fashion.

After the match, Gacy launched an unhinged assault on Dijak, and Lexis King suddenly attacked and did the same to Bearhill.

Roxanne Perez wins the Battle Royal – Fatal 4-Way Finale

The NXT Women’s Division competes in an innovative Battle Royal to see who will challenge Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship at Vengeance Day. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more. #WWENXT

The No. 1 Contender to the NXT Women's Championship is none other than The Prodigy as Roxanne Perez defeated 19 other Superstars to punch her ticket to Vengeance Day.

After the field whittled down to just Perez, Fallon Henley, Kelani Jordan and Kiana James, the match turned into a Fatal 4-Way Match to raise the stakes.

A flurry of action cleared the ring, leaving just Perez and Jordan in the squared circle, and Perez hit Pop Rox to earn a championship bout at Vengeance Day.
