The Usos got The Bloodline rolling by opening WWE Crown Jewel with a victory over the re-formed Hurt Business.
The current SmackDown Tag Team Champions and former Raw Tag Team Champions set the tone for WWE Crown Jewel with a fiercely contested kickoff match.
Jey Uso brought the fight to Cedric Alexander in the early goings until a DDT took one-half of the SmackDown Tag Team Champs off his feet, allowing Alexander to tag in Shelton Benjamin. The re-formed Hurt Business proceeded to dismantle Jey for several minutes before a step-up enzuigiri from Jey created enough space for Jimmy to tag into the match.
The bout quickly broke down from there, leading to a flurry of superkicks from The Usos on Alexander and Benjamin, which paved the way to an Uso Splash to Alexander to seal the victory.
