Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari def. The Bollywood Boyz
Fresh off teaming with Chase Parker to get “Bolly-Rise” its first win against Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari, Sunil Singh opted to go back to tagging with his brother in an attempt to claim another victory against The Premier Athlete and The Persian Prince.
Unfortunately for Samir and Sunil, Nese and Daivari entered the bout hellbent on putting an end to their recent cold streak and completely willing to break the rules to do so, as Nese yanked Sunil off apron to prevent him from tagging into the match at a critical juncture.
Then, Daivari interrupted the count after The Bollywood Boyz hit The Premier Athlete with the Bollywood Blast, giving Nese time to recover and tattoo Samir with a modified version of the Running Nese followed by the Running Nese itself for the 1-2-3.
Ashante “Thee” Adonis def. August Grey
In an unusually jovial mood following his tag team victory earlier in the evening, Daivari decided to help himself to a ringside view in the middle of August Grey’s clash with Ashante “Thee” Adonis.
Daivari has taken an interest in The Life of the Party ever since Grey used the ropes for leverage to score an illegal pinfall win against The Persian Lion. And when the bout spilled to ringside and Grey and Adonis floored each other with a double clothesline, Daivari encouraged Grey to take the count-out win, something Grey refused to do several weeks ago against Mansoor.
Instead, Grey threw Adonis back into the ring, and Daivari began to bark at Grey. With Grey distracted by the argument, Adonis took advantage by dropping The Life of the Party neck-first on the top rope and landing the Long Kiss Goodnight to claim the win.
Daivari continued to chastise Grey as 205 Live concluded, shouting that he “blew it” and “needs to start using his brain” while a frustrated Grey regrouped at ringside.
