Lio Rush had a memorable 2018 after debuting in WWE 205 Live and serving as Bobby Lashley’s hype man on Raw. The Man of the Hour enjoyed a winning streak in singles competition that was ultimately snapped by former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander. However, Lio Rush has recently gotten back on track and has set his sights on the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
First, Rush has to best another Superstar who had an epic 2018 in former Cruiserweight Champion and Lucha House Party member Kalisto. Although Rush has defeated the likes of Akira Tozawa and Noam Dar, Kalisto has the speed to match The Man of the Hour and the experience to outsmart him. However, Rush’s aggressive side has shown recently, bringing a level of unpredictability to his in-ring repertoire.
