NXT Level Up results: Oct. 6, 2023

Tatum Paxley & Izzi Dame def. Valentina Feroz & Kelani Jordan

Teaming for the first time, Valentina Feroz and Kelani Jordan electrified the NXT Arena from the opening bell, drawing raucous cheers when they landed an impressive tandem maneuver.

Also in their maiden voyage as a duo, the bizarre Tatum Paxley and the sassy Izzi Dame landed a big blow when the former delivered a savage strike to the back of Jordan’s knee and the latter clocked her with a dropkick to the face.

With Jordan and Dame brawling at ringside, Paxley suddenly clocked Feroz with a knee to the face and followed up with a unique suplex for the three-count.

Javier Bernal & Luca Crusifino def. Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont

Continuing the theme of new teams on NXT Level Up, Javier Bernal and Luca Crusifino stepped into the ring to clash with Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont.

And though Bernal discreetly discarded Crusifino’s business card while both were making their way to the squared circle, the tandem found success, particularly when they isolated Dupont and dropped him with a double back suplex.

A fired-up Igwe finally received a much-needed tag and overwhelmed Big Body Javi, only being denied a win when Crusifino interrupted the count. After Igwe hurled Crusifino out of the ring, however, Bernal stunned him with a decisive rollup.

Drew Gulak def. Dante Chen

Backed by his newly found comrades Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp and Myles Borne, Drew Gulak was all business from the second he stepped through the curtain, never breaking eye contact with Dante Chen on his way to the ring.

The Gatekeeper of NXT went hold for hold with the mat technician, out-grappling him in the early goings before unloading with several stinging chops and a back body drop.

After diving through the ropes to wipe out Gulak and his associates at ringside, Chen looked to be closing in on victory. But when Chen had to exert energy by knocking Dempsey, Kemp and Borne off the apron, Gulak took advantage by scooping him up and spiking him into the mat to claim the victory.
