NXT Level Up results: Dec. 8, 2023

Brooks Jensen def. Dion Lennox

Rocking a moustache and a mullet, Brooks Jensen was ready for a brawl against former Pac-12 linebacker Dion Lennox, who sported a pair of eyeglasses during his first march to a WWE ring.

Lennox, who spent some time in the NFL, got off to a strong start with a couple of impressive takedowns and caught fire with a sky-high dropkick and a picture-perfect spinebuster.

The staggered Jensen struck back with a nasty slap to the face and a DDT and sealed the win with a knee drop from the top rope.

Gigi Dolin def. Jaida Parker

Having turned in an impressive performance while coming up just short against Karmen Petrovic in the first round of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, Jaida Parker sought what would easily be the biggest win of her young career against Gigi Dolin.

Parker, who comes from a family of incredible athletes, staggered the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion with several menacing strikes before sending Dolin neck-first into her knee, brazenly talking trash all the while.

Dolin eventually quickened the pace, caught fire with a series of kicks and earned the win with a picture-perfect Gigi Driver.

Drew Gulak & Charlie Dempsey def. Edris Enofé & Malik Blade

Fourteen matches on NXT Level Up since March of 2022. Fourteen victories.

With Edris Enofé and Malik Blade aiming to hit a mini-milestone and continue their unparalleled run on NXT Level Up, they were denied by expert grapplers Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey.

Enofé and Blade appeared to have the match won when Blade received a much-needed tag and overwhelmed both of his opponents with dropkicks and suplexes before teaming up with Blade for their impressive double-team maneuver, but Dempsey interrupted the count in the nick of time.

Moments later, Myles Borne and Damon Kemp were booted from the ring apron by Blade when they attempted to prevent him from executing a top-rope attack, and Gulak and Dempsey hoisted their opponent and planted him back-first into the canvas to allow Dempsey to get the pin.
