At WWE Day 1, Big E must defend his WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens in an epic Fatal 5-Way Match.
Rollins announced on Raw that he would get his one-on-one opportunity - earned by winning a grueling Fatal 4-Way Ladder Match - at the inaugural event, hoping to ring in the new year with a title victory.
Kevin Owens threw an extra wrinkle in the mix after a Rollins disruption resulted in a disqualification victory for Owens over Big E. This made the matchup a Triple Threat showdown.
After returning with an attack on the original three competitors, Lashley overcame all three in separate singles matches to secure his spot in the title clash at WWE Day 1.
Then, when Universal Champion Roman Reigns was ruled out for the Jan. 1 pay-per-view, Brock Lesnar was added to the match to turn the contest into a colossal Fatal 5-Way Match.
So which Superstar will emerge with WWE's most coveted prize to ring in 2022? Will Big E overcome the odds to retain his title? Will Owens capture the most prestigious title he has yet to win, or will Rollins or Lashley reclaim the shine of a WWE Champion? Or will The Beast reign supreme to lay claim to the WWE Title?
Find out when it all goes down at WWE Day 1 tonight, streaming live at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT exclusively on Peacock in the U.S. and on WWE Network everywhere else.
