Responding to a message posted on the official Twitter of Major League Baseball (MLB) in November, the WWE Chairman promised to send official WWE Championships to two of the league’s best pitchers — Detroit Tigers Max Scherzer (2013 American League Cy Young Award winner) and Dodger Clayton Kershaw (2013 National League Cy Young Award winner).
After receiving their gifts, both Major Leaguers took to twitter to thank the Chairman.
The prestigious Cy Young Awards are based on votes by the Baseball Writers' Association of America. MLB posted mock WWE Titles on its official Twitter in November, prompting the offer from the WWE Chairman.
