WWE has joined forces with The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign for a second year running to recognize and reward the hard work and achievements of outstanding young people across the United Kingdom who are supporting people affected by muscle disease.
WWE is searching for youths younger than 18 years old in the U.K. who have achieved exceptional results through either:
The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign will select eight regional WWE Community Champions from around the U.K. and each one will receive a very special reward:
Plus one lucky WWE Community Champion will be named the National WWE Community Champion and win a meet and greet with a WWE Superstar and their very own WWE replica championship title!
Last year our 2011 National WWE Community Champion Laura Bizzey won the opportunity to meet WWE Superstar Triple H.
“It was amazing to have my efforts recognised by WWE," Bizzey said. "I felt they really understood what it is like to push your muscles to the max. They go the extra mile in their profession like I have to in my life. It was a lovely reward for all I love doing in aid of The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.”
Do you know someone who deserves to be named a WWE Community Champion with The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign?
To nominate someone please email an outline of their story and their contact details (include mobile number, e-mail and postal address) to WWE@muscular-dystrophy.org.
The deadline for all nominations is March 16, 2012.
