Many of us set personal goals for ourselves at the start of a new year. Resolutions like going on a diet, getting organized, starting a workout regiment or spending more time with family and friends can help make 2013 a great year.
But as a WWE fan, what are your New Year’s resolutions? WWE.com came up with 10 items that should be on every WWE enthusiast’s to-do list. Read on to see what we suggest for members of the WWE Universe in 2013.
Between long-running television programs like Raw and SmackDown, newer shows like WWE Main Event and Saturday Morning Slam, and revealing WWE.com exclusive videos and YouTube series, WWE fans can watch hours and hours of their favorite Superstars and Divas each week. There is, however, a tremendous energy about WWE Live Events that you simply have to experience in person. With no commercial breaks or time-outs, WWE Live Events deliver three hours of unforgettable action.
On the road nearly every day of the year, WWE’s Superstars and Divas travel around the world to provide members of the WWE Universe the most exciting, high-energy entertainment out there. In January alone, WWE will visit Florida, California, Texas, Alaska and more. With upcoming shows in locations as distant as Qatar, Istanbul and Australia, there’s a good chance that no matter where in the WWE Universe — or planet Earth — you are, WWE will be in area.

Sure, many can grow facial hair. But how many can say their ’stache launched a social media firestorm? Well, Cody Rhodes can. ( FULL STORY)
On the Dec. 11 edition of Raw, the second-generation Superstar and one half of Team Rhodes Scholars returned from injury, and unveiled his new facial fuzz, causing the WWE Universe to break out into raucous cheers of “CO-DY’S MUS-TACHE!!!” The “glorious” upper lip plumage has not only gained Rhodes attention from our fans and caused an uproar, but it has also surprisingly correlated with positive developments in his career: his quick return from injury, Team Rhodes Scholars resuming the No. 1 contenders role to the WWE Tag Team Championships, and the WWE Universe taking increased notice of the super-talented Superstar. Coincidence? Not by a hair.
WWE fans — hopefully of the male gender, primarily — should follow Rhodes’ lead and join the ranks of great mustachioed individuals like Errol Flynn, Clark Gable, Albert Einstein and Ron Burgundy. Help make 2013 the “Year of the Mustache” and see just how far facial hair can take you! If you grow a ‘stache and tweet a photo to @WWEUniverse, we may retweet it for the world to see!
The WWE Universe has never been short on creativity. For evidence of this, one simply has to look out in the crowds during Raw or SmackDown to find myriad, eye-popping homemade fan signs. From “Let’s Go Cena” to “Feed Me More!” all the way to “Bryan = Goat face,” WWE fans' signs of 2012 were something to behold. ( RAW SIGNS OF THE WEEK)
Since one of the most resourceful and visible ways a member of the WWE Universe can make his or her voice heard is with such a sign, make it a New Year’s resolution to get your own writing or drawing on a WWE television program.
Are you concerned about Ryback’s dietary habits? Do you think 3MB is headed to the top of the charts? What about JBL’s work as an announcer? Put your thoughts to poster paper and sound off — or “sign” off — at a WWE event!
If you’re looking for ideas for hot, new dance moves to show off to your friends or co-workers, then look no further than WWE’s Superstars and Divas.
Why not liven up the next social gathering or office party you attend with a Zack Ryder-inspired fist-pumping session? Surely, boogieing down with Brodus Clay’s pterodactyl move is appropriate for any get-together. If you’re looking for something spicier, you can shake your hips like Rosa Mendes. Or entertain party guests with Santino’s trombone dance. If you’ve got an imaginary friend like R-Truth, then feel free to do the “Little Jimmy” to get the party started.
If busting a move is anywhere in your 2013 plans, then do yourself a favor and resolve to learn a few steps from WWE’s groovin’ grapplers.
Want to meet your favorite WWE ring warriors? When WWE comes to your area, check to see if the Superstars and Divas are making any special appearances. Whether it’s a meet-and-greet, a book signing, a motivational speech or anything else, the Superstars and Divas treasure interacting with and giving back to the WWE Universe.
With upcoming appearances scheduled in New York, Boston, Houston and Las Vegas among others, there’s a great chance a WWE event will be in your area. Get closer to your in-ring idols than ever before in 2013 at a WWE live appearance!
When he started hosting his talk show segment “Miz TV,” The Miz may have stumbled upon a great idea. “The Most Must-See Talk Show in WWE History” has featured guest Superstars like John Cena, Ryback and Team Hell No, and the popular segment has arguably gained The Miz more fans than he has ever had.
Though the average member of the WWE Universe might not be able to land big kahuna guests like Miz, a talk show is a great way to settle differences, share your opinion and advertise your own “awesomeness.” If your show takes off like “Miz TV” has, maybe you’ll even be interviewed by Peabody Award–winning journalist Larry King like The Miz was. ( WATCH)
If you’re a little less loquacious that the effusive Miz, then perhaps a 15-second TOUT video is more your style? Whether your talk show is a smashing success like “Miz TV,” creating and hosting your own show would be … awesome!

Everyone’s seen the police officer, vampire and Jason Voorhees Halloween costumes. An escaped convict, doctor or a French maid? Bor-ing! This year, dream big, try something different and dress like a WWE Superstar or Diva on Oct. 31.
WWE’s roster offers dozens of possibilities for your trick-or-treating alter ego. We recommend to start growing your bird’s nest — er, beard — early to resemble Daniel Bryan, to empty an oil tanker so you can grease up your hair like Dolph Ziggler or simply to take care and spike your hair like The Long Island Iced-Z, Zack Ryder. Got a couple friends? Dress up as The Shield or 3MB. Your twin brother wants in? Great, he’s Jimmy and you’re Jey Uso.
