The bond between those who've competed inside the squared circle and entertained millions all over the world can sometimes be indescribable, but a recent social media interaction between Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Montez Ford helped shine a light on it for the WWE Universe.
In an interview with FOX Sports' Ryan Satin, The Street Profits high-flyer spoke about the inspiring role The Great One played in his journey to WWE.
"He's such a huge inspiration to myself, my family; getting us through some hard and rough times," Ford said. "That's why I hold The Rock true and dear to my heart in a lot of ways."
The People's Champion shared the post and his own admiration for Ford in an Instagram post.
The sky is the limit for Ford, who has already been a Raw, SmackDown and NXT Tag Team Champion alongside Angelo Dawkins. We can only guess what incredible accomplishments lie ahead, but we do know The Rock will be cheering him on.
