Daniel Bryan and The Miz reignite their rivalry at U.K. and European Live Events this May
As a result of the 2018 Superstar Shake-up, The Miz is back as a SmackDown Superstar, and no one is more pleased than SmackDown LIVE’s former General Manager, Daniel Bryan. Bryan lobbied SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and new GM Paige to bring The A-Lister back to the blue brand, and they listened. At this point, the only thing that could make The “Yes!” Man even happier is receiving an opportunity to once again face his vaunted rival inside the ring.
Wish granted, Daniel Bryan. You and The Miz will battle when WWE Live comes to Germany 10 through 12 May and 20 May; Prague, Czech Republic on Sunday, 13 May; Budapest, Hungary on Monday, 14 May; U.K. cities Liverpool, Newcastle and Sheffield on 16, 17 and 18 May, respectively; and Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on Saturday, 19 May.
Since announcing his return to the ring last March, Bryan has been on an emotional journey for both himself and the WWE Universe. Yet when it comes to The Miz, a Superstar with whom he has shared a long, contentious history, The “Yes!” Man’s emotions are anything but heartfelt, as Cathy Kelley detailed in a recent edition of WWE Now (see below).
