The Creed Brothers def. Edris Enofé & Malik Blade to retain the NXT Tag Team Titles
In their first true title defense, NXT Tag Team Champions The Creed Brothers squared off with the rising duo of Edris Enofé & Malik Blade for a spirited competition. Julius & Brutus showed off their power, tossing the smaller pair around the ring, but Enofé & Blade held their own against the champions, stunning the Diamond Mine duo with a dropkick and a pop-up knee.
Enofé thought he had the match put away with an elbow drop, but Brutus Creed fought through the pin attempt to tag in his brother Julius, who cleared house with a flurry of suplexes. Blade rallied for his team with a humongous crossbody, but as he went for a second Julius caught him and planted Blade with a rolling slam, setting Brutus up for a monstrous clothesline and the pinfall.
Fallon Henley def. Tiffany Stratton
Still upset about Tiffany Stratton weaseling her way into the Women's Breakout Tournament semifinals, Fallon Henley requested a rematch with "The Buff Barbie Doll" to set the record straight.
Similar to their previous meeting, after a flurry of offense from Henley, Stratton utilized her strength and flexibility to dominate the majority of the match. The country strong Superstar halted Stratton in her tracks with a sit-down facebuster, but it didn't slow "Daddy's Little Rich Girl" down for long.
Stratton popped back up to drop Henley with a fallaway slam, but before she could continue her momentum, Stratton noticed Wendy Choo bouncing out to ringside on a giant bouncy ball. Stratton went to tell Choo to leave when The Sleepy Superstar tossed a thermos full of confetti at a surprised Stratton. With Stratton distracted, Henley snuck in to roll her up for a quick 1-2-3.
Wes Lee def. Xyon Quinn
Xyon Quinn looked to prove Wes Lee's win weeks ago was nothing more than a fluke in a punishing rematch. Lee went for another quick rollup as the bell rang, but Quinn was ready this time, hanging Lee up in the ropes.
Quinn tossed Lee across the ring like a rag doll, but when he went for a corner spear, Lee sidestepped at the last second to send him flying into the ring post. Lee nailed Quinn with a Pele Kick and climbed to the top rope for a devastating spinning senton to record his second straight win.
The Dyad def. Javier Bernal & Dante Chen
The Dyad were intent on spreading Joe Gacy's message to Javier Bernal & Dante Chen as their leader smiled on from ringside. The hooded duo methodically picked apart Chen until the Singaporean Superstar managed to escape and tag in Bernal.
Bernal raced in to stun the duo, but it had little affect as The Dyad leveled Bernal with a clothesline before picking him up for a tandem DDT and the pinfall.
Tony D’Angelo strengthened his “family”
Bron Breakker def. Duke Hudson to retain the NXT Championship
Still holding his disqualification victory over Bron Breakker, Duke Hudson was granted a rematch for the NXT Title by Breakker. Hudson jumped on Breakker before the bell rang, but the initial onslaught did little to slow down an incensed Breakker as the NXT Champion took Hudson for a ride with a suplex.
Breakker quickly steamrolled through Hudson before leveling him with a spear and a Gorilla Press Slam to earn the victory. Afterward, Cameron Grimes took to the ring to challenge Breakker to an NXT Title Match at Great American Bash.
Giovanni Vinci def. Guru Raaj in debut match
The high-class Giovanni Vinci made his highly-anticipated debut against up-and-comer Guru Raaj. The Italian Superstar toyed with Raaj in the opening moments, not even flinching following a perfect dropkick from Raaj.
Vinci chopped away at Raaj's chest before taking him off his feet with a clothesline and planting Raaj with a sit-down powerbomb to record the win.
Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams def. “Stacks” & “Two Dimes”
Looking to soften up North American Champion Carmelo Hayes before his title match with Tony D'Angelo, "The Don's" right-hand men "Stacks" & "Two Dimes" challenged Hayes & Trick Williams to a tag team match.
Hayes & Williams rolled early until D'Angelo intervened to quell the momentum and allow "Stacks" & "Two Dimes" to take care of business. The newly crowned "soldiers" in D'Angelo's "family" took it to Hayes after throwing him into the steel steps.
"Stacks" went to deliver an elbow drop, but he missed his shot as Hayes slipped away to tag in Williams who cleared house. Legado del Fantasma attempted to intervene, but it backfired as Cruz Del Toro flattened "Two Dimes" with a crossbody. Hayes then delivered a top-rope leg drop to secure the 1-2-3.
Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez, & Indi Hartwell def. Toxic Attraction
Roxanne Perez's Women's Breakout Tournament victory drew the wrath of Toxic Attraction, but luckily Perez had a pair of friends in Cora Jade and Indi Hartwell who were willing to back up the fledgling Superstar for a massive Six-Woman Tag Team Match.
All three women had their issues with Toxic Attraction and were chomping at the bit to knock the championship trio down a peg. But Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne showed why they hold all the gold as all six Superstars went back-and-forth in the early goings before isolating Perez.
The upstart slugged it out with Jayne until she created enough space to tag in Hartwell. Toxic Attraction withstood a flurry of offense as Rose halted Jade in her tracks with a spinebuster. The three champions picked apart Jade until she managed to escape and tag in Perez.
As Perez rolled, things quickly broke down in the ring before Hartwell cleared house leaving Dolin all alone. Perez knocked out Dolin with a superkick followed swiftly by a senton from Jade to earn the victory.
