Matt Hardy welcomes Amanpreet Singh to the WWE Performance Center

Amanpreet Singh of India has officially joined the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla.

Amanpreet Singh made headlines this week when he officially reported for training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla. And it appears that he has woken a fan and old acquaintance in Matt Hardy.

Hardy and Singh previously crossed paths at another promotion when Singh wrestled under the alias Mahabali Shera. Shortly after the news about Singh joining the WWE PC had broken, Hardy sent the new recruit a message to personally welcome him:
