Johnny Gargano celebrates NXT Title reign with the Cleveland Browns
Despite checking an item off his bucket list earlier this month, NXT Champion Johnny Gargano is crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s on a few other items on his agenda.
Less than a month after securing a long-awaited NXT Championship victory at TakeOver: New York, Gargano traveled back to Cleveland to paint his hometown gold. Among the stops made on his hero’s welcome trek was the Cleveland Browns practice facility in Berea, where he shared his lofty championship with Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens.
Huge THANKS to the @Browns for having me in Berea today to hang out a bit and check out their facility..

Next, Gargano is set to throw out the first pitch at the Cleveland Indians game on Wednesday, which just so happens to be a “huge item” on his childhood bucket list.
I'm proud to announce I'll be checking a huge item off my childhood bucket list as I'll be throwing out the first pitch at the @Indians game this Wednesday afternoon April 24th at 1:10pm.
