Oba Femi defends the NXT Championship against Eddy Thorpe

The Ruler of NXT will defend the NXT Championship for the first time ever when he takes on Eddy Thorpe.
Oba Femi defeated then-champion Trick Williams and Thorpe to win the title at New Year’s Evil in a Triple Threat Match, but Femi attacked Thorpe before the match and left him at less than 100 percent.
NXT General Manager Ava did not want to give Thorpe the championship opportunity, but Femi insisted on it after The Alpha Wolf attacked him back.
Who will walk out of NXT with the gold? We’ll find out TONIGHT at 8/7 C on the CW Network.
