Otis vows to answer North American Champion Oba Femi’s Open Challenge

NXT North American Champion Oba Femi issued an Open Challenge last week, and after what occurred on Monday Night Raw, Otis declared himself as the Superstar who will step up.
Femi was at Raw scouting potential opponents, and after Ivy Nile attacked Maxxine Dupri, an impassioned Otis announced that he would seek out the North American Champion and bring glory back to his team.
