In a colossal clash for the ages, Ryback, Big Show & Demon Kane remained resilient in the face of The Wyatt Family’s war on WWE’s titans.
CLEVELAND — The Wyatt Family’s war on WWE’s titans was met with resounding resistance in the form of Ryback, Big Show & Demon Kane as they toppled Luke Harper, Erick Rowan & Braun Strowman in a gigantic collision at WWE Fastlane 2016.
The Big Guy, The World’s Largest Athlete & The Devil’s Favorite Demon were the latest Superstars to find themselves in the crosshairs of Bray Wyatt and his frightening family. The Eater of Worlds and his menacing monsters perhaps underestimated the power of WWE’s allied trio, though, as they found themselves racing headfirst into a roadblock of titanic proportions.
The intimidating Rowan and The Human Wrecking Ball set the tone from the opening bell with a hard-hitting back-and-forth. WWE’s titans were impressive in the early-goings, but the tables soon turned in the favor of Wyatt’s warriors.
The chiseled Ryback found himself on the receiving end of a punishing onslaught from the devastating Wyatt Family. Eventually, Kane’s entrance into the contest shifted the match’s momentum, but the towering Superstar was silenced thanks to a giant boot from Rowan.

The bearded brutes proceeded to slow the pace of the match as a satisfied Wyatt Family patriarch watched while seated in front of the announce table. Their reign of terror would soon be flipped upside down, however, after The Black Sheep of The Wyatt Family missed a running boot in the corner directed toward Kane. This miscalculation allowed the embattled former WWE World Heavyweight Champion time to tag in a hungry Ryback, who proceeded to demolish the grizzly Harper.
The amazingly agile Ryback delivered a fury of high running knees on The New Face of Desolation Harper, followed by a barrage of big body slams and a massive running powerslam. After Rowan broke up the subsequent pinfall attempt, all hell broke loose with Kane chokeslamming an unsuspecting Rowan.
Big Show followed his tag team partners’ path of destruction, sending The New Face of Destruction from the ring before throwing Harper onto his fellow family members outside the ring with an enormous gorilla press slam from inside the squared circle. To cap it off, the giant then hit the world’s largest running shoulder block on a staggered Strowman.
Ryback tried to take advantage with a meathook clothesline on the worn-out Harper, only to be distracted by Bray, The Man of 1,000 Truths. WWE’s titans refused to be overwhelmed, though, as Kane took out the leader of The Wyatt Family with a vicious big boot, allowing Ryback to lift Harper up onto his shoulders for the Shell Shocked and the victory.
After seeing his eerie followers fall to Ryback, Big Show & Demon Kane, will the ominous Bray Wyatt continue his war on WWE’s titan-sized protagonists or will he set his sinister sights on another unlucky figure?
