WWE MMC preview, Nov. 27, 2018: Hawkins & Moon vs. Mahal & Fox; Bálor & Bayley vs. Lashley & James as WWE MMC Playoffs begin
By order of self-proclaimed “General Manager-Elect” Baron Corbin, Curt Hawkins has been assigned to replace the injured Braun Strowman and join forces with Ember Moon tonight against Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox, as the MMC Season 2 Playoffs get underway on Facebook Watch at 10 ET/7 PT.
Given that he’s lost 236 consecutive matches, Hawkins may have a tough time filling The Monster Among Men’s gigantic shoes. Can he possibly end his magnificent era of defeat and help the fiery Shenom emerge victorious?
In addition, the first week of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge Playoffs will see Finn Bálor & Bayley battle Bobby Lashley & Mickie James in what is sure to be an explosive showdown between two of WWE MMC’s favorites. What will happen these two explosive teams pull out all the stops in the high-stakes matchup? And what role will Lashley’s mouthpiece Lio Rush play in the loser-goes-home tag bout?
The unlikely teams of WWE MMC’s exciting second season compete in a 14-week round robin event with the winning tandem receiving the coveted 30th entry in their Royal Rumble Matches in January 2019, giving them a greater opportunity to win the celebrated free-for-all before going on to headline WrestleMania. In addition, they will receive an all-expenses paid vacation to anywhere in the world.
Every episode of WWE Mixed Match Challenge streams live every week in the United States and for the first time in Germany, Mexico, Australia, France, Indonesia, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam and Brazil on Facebook Watch. Featuring Superstars from Raw and SmackDown LIVE, each match follows traditional Mixed Tag Team Match rules: When tagged, male Superstars face off with the opposing team’s male competitor, and female Superstars battle fellow female competitors.
Who will stay alive, and who will go home? Find out when the WWE Mixed Match Challenge Playoffs begin, streaming LIVE exclusively on Facebook Watch immediately after SmackDown LIVE, tonight at 10 ET/7 PT, with a special WWE MMC Pre-Show at 9:50 ET.
