The Brian Kendrick finally gets his singles match with Gentleman Jack Gallagher and aims to teach him a lesson.

Last week on WWE 205 Live, Gentleman Jack Gallagher answered The Brian Kendrick’s tag team challenge by bringing NXT Superstar Kushida to WWE 205 Live. Kendrick has felt disrespected by Gallagher in recent weeks and looked to teach Gallagher a lesson in singles competition.

The two Superstars have a storied history dating back more than a year and know each other very well, as evidenced by an early technical exchange early in the contest. However, Gallagher remained a bit more focused and composed, allowing him to take the upper hand. Using his unorthodox offense, the British Superstar remained in control until Kendrick kicked him into Tozawa on the outside.

Gallagher was upset by Tozawa’s presence and asked the official to remove The Stamina Monster from ringside. This resulted in Kendrick attacking Gallagher with a Kendo stick.

Despite the match being called in Gallagher’s favor by disqualification, Kendrick continued the assault until Tozawa finally intervened. The Man with a Plan left the ring as Tozawa checked on Gallagher, but Kendrick returned to deliver a shocking Kendo stick strike to his friend and ally.

As Kendrick left the arena, Tozawa looked on in agony after his friend’s betrayal.
