With Mark Andrews and Tony Nese seeking retribution against Drew Gulak, WWE 205 Live GM Drake Maverick decides the Superstars should compete for the right to face Gulak.

Last week on WWE 205 Live, Mark Andrews defeated Tony Nese to earn the right to face Drew Gulak. Andrews sought retribution after Gulak applied a torturous Dragon Sleeper for the win in a WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament Match and refused to release the hold, forcing the official to intervene.

Although Andrews won a hard-fought battle against The Premier Athlete to earn his opportunity to face Gulak, WWE 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick revealed via Twitter that Gulak has requested the match be postponed to ensure Andrews is fully recovered from his match with Nese.

Granting Gulak's request, Maverick then announced that NXT Superstar Buddy Murphy will face former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto in a replacement match. While the confrontation between Gulak and Andrews will have to wait, Murphy has the opportunity to seize a massive amount of momentum, building on his already impressive WWE 205 Live résumé if he can defeat Kalisto.
