Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin’s crusade to rid SmackDown LIVE of unserious competitors hit a roadblock last week when the mat mavens fell to The New Day.
While Big E’s Fat Tuesday attempt to eat 113 pancakes in eight minutes was cut short by Gable & Benjamin, he and Kofi Kingston proved that they were all business once the bell rang, showing the amateur wrestling standouts why they were the longest-reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history by picking up a hard-earned victory.
