WWE Superstar The Miz returns to his reality roots this Wednesday night, as he hosts the after-show for MTV's The Challenge: Rivals. 

In Rivals, hosted by T.J. Lavin, 28 competitors ask themselves if they can trust their worst enemy as they travel to the lush jungles of Costa Rica. These sets of arch-enemies must figure out how to overcome their rocky pasts and compete together for a jaw-dropping grand prize, with more than $300,000 at stake.

Rivals airs at 10/9 CT on MTV, with the after-show airing immediately afterward at 11/10 CT, hosted by The Miz.

Before his career as a WWE Superstar, The Miz was part of the MTV reality series The Real World: Back to New York and multiple seasons of Real World/Road Rules Challenge.
