Xavier Woods to challenge Jey Uso for the Intercontinental Title

After defeating Bron Breakker to capture his first singles title, new Intercontinental Champion "Main Event" Jey Uso will make his first defense tonight against Xavier Woods.

Woods has exhibited major frustrations in recent weeks about the state of his career, which has affected his life in the ring and in the locker room. Last week, he picked up a controversial win over Rey Mysterio after ripping off the WWE Hall of Famer's mask. On the same night, Woods interfered in Kofi Kingston's matchup against Chad Gable and accidentally cost his New Day partner the contest.
