By “defeating” her husband and capturing the 24/7 Title, Maria Kanellis became WWE’s first-ever pregnant champion, and despite Drake Maverick’s social media bravado, no Superstar has dared to challenge her for her newly won prize. According to WWE’s Twitter account, shenanigans were indeed afoot during the champion’s visit to her OB/GYN in Pittsburgh this afternoon; did Maria maneuver her way out of the doctor’s office with her title reign intact?
