Tatum Paxley def. Dani Palmer
Dani Palmer may have been all smiles while cartwheeling to the ring, but her demeanor changed immediately upon the arrival of Tatum Paxley, who inexplicably walked out on Palmer during a tag team match against The Meta-Four in September.
Paxley, who told Palmer “You deserve this” when she exited during their tag bout, started the match by yanking her opponent’s hair and ruthlessly assaulting Palmer’s knee.
Perhaps competing with more intensity than she ever has, Palmer fired back with a chop to the chest before landing a series of clotheslines and a kick to the face. Paxley responded by using the middle rope to crank back on Palmer’s knee and landed the innovative Psycho Trap for the three-count.
Riley Osborne def. Tavion Heights
With the NXT Universe raving about Riley Osborne’s performance in a pair of defeats to Axiom, the young highflyer looked to earn a massive victory against the confident Tavion Heights.
Heights landed the first big blow when he sent Osborne flying across the ring with a shoulder block and soon launched him into the air and out of the ring with an overhead suplex.
After finally escaping his opponent’s clutches, Osborne clocked Heights with a clothesline to the back of the neck and later landed a breathtaking shooting star press to earn the win.
