Dozens of classic Survivor Series events unlocked on Free Version of WWE Network

WWE Survivor Series

Twenty-five classic Survivor Series events have just been added to the WWE Network Free Version and are now available to watch on demand for a limited time.

The new batch of unlocked shows even includes last year’s Survivor Series, which saw NXT join Raw and SmackDown in inter-brand competition for the first time.

As the WWE Universe gears up for this year’s Survivor Series on Sunday, Nov. 22 — featuring Raw and SmackDown’s Best of the Best and The Undertaker’s Final Farewell — there’s no better time to relive or discover the many important battles that occurred at WWE’s Fall Classic.

Famous for its namesake Tag Team Elimination Matches, Survivor Series was established in 1987 and remains WWE’s second longest-running pay-per-view, following only WrestleMania. It has hosted every major WWE Superstar in modern history, from Andre the Giant and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin to Becky Lynch and John Cena, and has been the site of such milestones as The Rock’s first WWE Championship win and The Undertaker’s in-ring debut.

In recent years, Survivor Series has also hosted dream matches between Raw and SmackDown Superstars, yielding such classics as Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. WWE Champion AJ Styles (2017) and Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. SmackDown Women’s Charlotte Flair (2018).
