Rhyno wins Republican primary for Michigan’s 15th district

Rhyno made history during SmackDown Live as he Gored Heath Slater in front of General Manager Daniel Bryan. He became the only person to Gore a WWE Superstar and win a political primary on the same night! In a close Republican primary, The Man Beast won to become the GOP nominee for Michigan’s 15th district.

Heath Slater learns he can will a SmackDown Live contract next week if he can defeat the rampaging Rhyno.

Announcing his intentions to run for office earlier this year, Rhyno ran against two other Republican candidates vying for the seat of Democrat George Darany. According to WXYZ.com in Detroit, the former ECW Champion won the primary by 54 votes.

Rhyno will run against Democrat Abdullah Hammoud in the general election in November, but first he serves as a potential roadblock in Heath Slater’s quest for SmackDown Live contract.
